Thermoforming is the process of heating plastic sheets consisting of thick guages and forming it into a specific shape or mold. The thermoforming process usually involves air pressure, a vacuum, specialized mechanical thermoforming equipment and is highly suited for products produced from the dairy, meat and other food industries.
